Print flat, no supports. PLA or PETG, 0.2 mm layer height, 3 walls. Standard 3 mm thick in 50 to 250 mm, Slim 2 mm and Strong 5 mm in 70, 100, 140 and 250 mm (tip to tip). For 250 mm you need a print bed of about 250 x 240 mm.
